This parttime residence is located
between the Delaware River and
the Delaware River Canal in
Central Bucks County, Pennsylvania .
Exposures became less about East and West
and more "Riverside" or "Canalside."

 

We coordinated with
the property manager,
general contractor
and the lighting design team
to integrate the
shading applications with
the Lutron HomeWorks
lighting control systems.
Soffits were also constructed
to architecturally conceal
the shades when not in use.
