The Jersey Shore set the tone for this
Avalon residence.

The house was rebuilt from the ground up
and with our involvement in
the early stages of construction,
our project management process guided
the architectural and design team,
as well as the builder,
to facilitate a custom application for
the automated control of natural and artificial light.

The solar and privacy needs were
achieved with the use of
motorized roller and
Roman shades,
drapery panels and
wood blinds.
